Shipping policy

Due to the COVID-19, we have temporary policy in shipping and deliveries to follow protocol.

    We want to be able to supply customers with their plants and plant needs with the most affordable, practical and safe way while still manageable for us.

    SHIPPING ACROSS AUSTRALIA

    We are only accepting orders to be mailed in small to medium size package of plants and accessories all over VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD and SA with a check on restricted plants in these states. All plants are shipped bare-rooted except for orders within Victoria. We normally ship every Monday and Tuesday for plants and all weekdays for accessories. We cannot guarantee on how long they will be received. Tracking number may be supplied on request. The fees will include handling, packaging and transit.

    Shipping fee is currently $16.50 plus GST for maximum 3kg via Auspost Express. If buyer wants to buy more than 3kg, extra charges will be arranged with the buyer. We will also revert the shipping to delivery or from one courier to another if there are known delays or problems, or the courier charges more than standard.

    Plants and items will be packaged well. Pananom will not take responsibility for damages made while in transit. These are risks to be taken by customers in choosing to ship the plants and items.

    DELIVERY WITHIN MELBOURNE

    We are coordinating with a delivery company that is following a COVID Safe Plan to ensure contactless delivery and safe handling of packages.

    Delivery will only be to buyers in residing in Melbourne Metro suburbs within 20km from our place in Ferntree Gully.

    There is a $30 minimum amount of purchase, and the delivery fee is from $5 per order.

    Plants and items will be covered well for added protection. We will inform buyers prior and after delivery. Packages will be left outside the house with no contact with buyers. Buyers are expected to dispose of paper bags, boxes and other packaging materials. 

    Delivery will be completed within 1-7 days from date of purchase as they will be done in batches.

    LOCAL PICK-UP

    Buyers can choose to pick up plants and items from our stall at the Gully Market every Saturday 9am to 3pm.

    Gully Market is held in the Upper Ferntree Gully Station Car Park, located at Burwood Highway in Upper Ferntree Gully.
