Refund policy
We have a 24 hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your plant/s or item must be in the same condition that you received it. Plants are very fragile, so we will not accept returns if the damage is due to incidences caused by the buyer or external cause. If the item has been shipped or mailed, we also do not take responsibility for what happens while in transit.Â
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@pananom.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your plant or item and other details. Plants or items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the plant or item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not take responsibility for damages due to delay or mishandling of the courier while being shipped.
Damages on plants and items due to mishandling during delivery should be informed to us within 1 hour of receipt, so we can evaluate and investigate with the delivery company.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Plants, pots and accessories that have been damaged due to buyer or external causes while with buyer will not be accepted. We also do not accept if the item has been removed from a sealed packaging or not used for what it is intended for. We do not accept returns because of change of mind.
We do not accept plants or items damaged while being shipped as they will be packaged well. These are risks to be evaluated by customer before buying.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We can exchange plants or items for valid reasons such as wrong item delivered and  other reasons caused by us.
Please consider that all orders made in the website will not be reversed or cancelled. If in case you change your mind within 5 hours of purchasing, we can manually process it on our end. You have to place a new order if you want to purchase a plant or item that have a different amount.
Please contact us within 24 hours after you receive the plant or item or within 5 hours after purchasing if you do not have the plants yet
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
